  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days
  • Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Jajmau, Kanpur, UP 208010, India

Note: Delivery time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders
  • For orders on Cash on Delivery (COD), standard shipping charges may apply (visible at checkout)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier details so you can monitor your shipment status in real-time.

5. Delays & Issues

If your order is delayed or stuck in transit, please contact us. We'll work with our courier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery, re-shipping will be charged.
